Gregory has been in the Enterprise Performance Management consulting industry for more than 20 years and possesses 25 years of overall experience in Finance, Accounting, Process Improvement and Systems Design. He has deep expertise in a number of key industries, including Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products and Automotive.
Gregory held senior leadership positions within several consulting organizations prior to co-founding CheckPoint Consulting in 2006. A hands-on manager, Gregory is actively engaged in overseeing all aspects of the business and service-delivery operations at CheckPoint Consulting.
Leveraging his expertise in solution architecture and project management, Gregory has become an industry thought leader in developing high-value solutions across a broad range of Enterprise Performance Management applications. He has directly designed and overseen some of the largest implementations in the world, with tens of thousands of users and multiple complex processes and technical systems. He is also an expert in implementation methodology, delivery framework development, and organizational change management.
Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Systems with a major in Accounting and a minor in Marketing from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering and Management Institute). His background also includes key positions on the Controller's staff of a Global 50 company, where he was responsible for global consolidations, reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
