CheckPoint led the engagement to deploy HFM/FDM in 2006, going live in the first quarter of 2007, to more than 100 sites and 300 users. They incorporated the automation of complex currency conversions, inter-company processing, cash flow, JV eliminations and other key business functions into their HFM application. CheckPoint's role on this engagement was to oversee all aspects of the implementation, including design, build, test, deployment. CheckPoint assisted the client in the operations of Program Management and Change Management.
CheckPoint is presently in the process of deploying a global forecasting and budgeting solution, along with a detailed SKU-level variable-profit analysis tool. These tools will work in conjunction with one another to ultimately provide the client's management with Product Line, Customer and Vehicle-level budget, forecast and actual variance information. CheckPoint is overseeing the application functions on this engagement, working in conjunction with the client-led Program Management and a 3rd party consulting organization that is assisting with Change Management.
